Voyager 2 was launched from Cape Canaveral, Florida. π
After its launch, it quickly traveled to Jupiter, arriving in 1979. This mission was exciting because Voyager 2 took incredible pictures of the giant planet and its many moons! π
Then, it moved on to Saturn, reaching it in 1981, where it captured amazing images of the rings. After that, it made its way to Uranus in 1986 and
Neptune in 1989! Each visit helped scientists understand these faraway worlds better. Voyager 2 is now in interstellar space, which means it's exploring beyond our solar system! β¨
