A long time ago, people didn't have the advanced health care we have today! πΊ
The first doctors, like Hippocrates from
ancient Greece (around 460 BC), wanted to understand how the human body worked. They relied on natural herbs and plants. In the Middle Ages, around 500-1500 AD, hospitals started appearing. These were places to care for the sick, like the famous hospital in Baghdad! π₯
With time, new discoveries, like germs causing sickness, changed how we think about health care. The invention of vaccines in the 18th century made a big difference, helping to fight diseases! π
