Berberosaurus lived in a warm, swampy environment filled with rivers and lakes. π
This habitat was perfect for a fish-eating
dinosaur! During the Late Cretaceous, Morocco was much different than today, with lush vegetation and other dinosaurs living nearby. Some species that shared this environment included giant sauropods and other predatory dinosaurs. Fossil evidence has been found in places like the Kem Kem beds, which are rich in dinosaur remains! π
This shows us how diverse and exciting the ecosystems were millions of years ago!
