This curious creature is known to have roamed parts of what we now call Mongolia. Avimimus belonged to a group of dinosaurs called theropods, which means "beast feet!" It was about 3 feet (1 meter) long and walked on two legs, just like modern birds. Some experts think Avimimus could have been fast and agile, helping it escape from predators like the infamous T. rex! π
