There are different types of attention we use every day! ๐
First, there's Selective Attention. This means focusing on one thing (like reading a book) while ignoring everything else. Then, we have Sustained Attention, which helps us keep our focus on a task for a long time, like finishing a puzzle. Divided Attention is when we try to pay attention to more than one thing at once, like talking to a friend while doing homework. Finally, there's Alternating Attention, which lets us switch our focus between tasks, like playing a game and eating a snack. Each type is super important! ๐ต
